BOUTIQUE GUIDELINES & POLICIES
Our brand is a curated luxury brand carried by a limited number of discerning boutiques internationally. We are very selective about the stores who carry the brand. Each of which are tremendous ambassadors of the MME.MINK. Please review the following guidelines before becoming part of the MME.MINK boutique family and placing your order.
Our Wholesale Relationships:
- New Accounts. All orders are subject to review. To ensure your order is accepted, please complete our new boutique form available at: mmemink.com which includes providing your EIN, and Sales & Use Tax ID. Your store must uphold the standards of the MME.MINK brand and embrace our philosophy of luxury.
- Wholesale Accounts. As an MME.MINK account we expect you to embrace our brand principles. All accounts are reviewed annually and we reserve the right to cancel an account based upon the review. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or false representation of the MME.MINK brand is strictly prohibited.MINK does not allow our products to be sold on any type of discount or auction site. Goods must be sold at retail location provided at the time of order and by the company whose TAX ID number is on file. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to the MME.MINK brand.
Minimum Order Values. For first time customers of MME.MINK the minimum order value is $4000. Seasonally, the minimum opening order is $3,000 with a $1,500 minimum on reorders.

Wholesale Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. We strive to set wholesale prices at least 50% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Retail Pricing. Goods purchased from MME.MINK shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event a Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to MME.MINK and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
Order Processing. Our goods are made to exacting standards and in limited quantities. When placing orders please ensure you order the proper amount. Once an item is sold out there is no guarantee of future availability. Items in stock and ready will typically ship within 2 weeks unless expedited shipping is requested. Any pre-orders are expected to ship during order window indicated. MME.MINK reserves the right to change order windows based on demand. Orders will be shipped in full unless special arrangements are made.
Shipping & Handling. All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground and billed at cost. We add both Delivery Confirmation and mandatory insurance based on wholesale value of order. If you would like us to use your shipping account, please specify all details at time of order. Any other special shipping requests must be made a time of order. MME.MINK will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may occur.
Wholesale Payments. Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. We do not offer payment terms. MME.MINK accepts all major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and US money orders. Payment details must be finalized when placing order.
Wholesale Returns. We only sell to committed Wholesale Accounts. Upon receipt of order, please inspect goods. MME.MINK will accept returns due to order issues within 5 days of proof of delivery. If you have any issues please email: email@example.com. If a return is authorized, shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the re-fund.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods. If your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save goods and packaging materials and contact us within 2 business days of arrival. Goods that are damaged must be returned for inspection. After review, a replacement will be sent. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thorough research with the shipping company and delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. We will gladly replace items in both circumstances, no refunds will be given.
Canceling/Changing Your Order. Once placed, we view your order as a commitment to purchase. Orders may not be changed or cancelled after the pre-book window has closed.
Distribution Limitations. The sale or distribution to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by MME.MINK.
Online Retailer Requirements. Wholesale Accounts who plan to sell MME.MINK online must have a site of their own and indicated when ordering and are subject to approval. Accounts may not sell under another company’s URL or shopping site, such as an Amazon.com storefront. Sales through non-retail ecommerce models such as auction sites are strictly prohibited. Upon approval, MME.MINK will send produce assets and marketing materials for use on your website to properly represent the brand. All MME.MINK marketing materials, including text from our website, ads, catalog, and other written documentation, may be used only with our expressed written consent.
By placing a wholesale order, you are stating that you understand and adhere to all policies set forth by MME.MINK.
